A Maine summertime tradition since 1965, the Yarmouth Clam Festival is one of the state's largest free-admission festivals and always begins on the third Friday in July, falling on July 17-19 in 2026. Presented by the Yarmouth Chamber of Commerce, it draws more than 85,000 visitors and benefits over 30 local nonprofits. The 2026 edition marks its 61st year.
